- Line built by Vancouver, Klickitat & Yakima Railroad starting in 1888.
- Became Portland, Vancouver & Yakima Railroad in 1898.
- Taken over by Northern Pacific in 1903.
- NP sold the line to Longview, Portland & Northern Railway in 1960.
- LPN sold the line to Chelatchie Prairie Railroad in 1981.
