History:
Incorporated 1905 as trolley railroad, extended to Oregon as Interurban in 1907.
Acquired by NP subsidiary, Northwestern Improvement Company in 1921.
Passenger service suspended in 1931.
Electrification ended in 1950, replaced with two ex-NP Alco switchers.
Northwestern Improvement Co. merged into NP in 1957, and NP assumes 100% control over WWV.
Ownership passed to BN in 1970.
Merged into BN on March 1, 1982.
Abandoned in 1985.
