Middleton, WI - Milwaukee Road   

Here are a couple of photos of the Milwaukee Road depot at Middleton, Wisconsin which is the first station (actually a suburb) west of Madison.   These were taken on October 17, 1975 which was the last day this station was an open agency and train order office since beginning the following Monday October 20 service was provided out of the Madison agency.

The structure remains today in it's original location and now serves as the Middleton Senior Citizens Center, with the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad providing freight, dinner train, and occasional passenger excursion service past the site.
