"Charlie" was an inspiration to all of us. |
Charlie, a patient at the hospital, is recovering from the loss of both arms. Charlie had an infectious and effervescent personality and was little deterred by his injury. After a few tries, he mastered placing the mailbags on the hook with amazing dexterity - and faster than most of the SJSG members could do it! He was fascinated with the mailbag accessory and played with it for an hour. It was an amazing, touching and educational time for us - and Charlie!
