Larry Gawlinski's RR
Larry's layout is the most consistent (from year-to-year) that I have seen. Each Holiday season Larry re-builds his layout using a railroad theme. One year it may be Santa Fe, the next B&O. This year it was Pennsy. All the other details, the city, vehicles, streets, people, etc. are positioned carefully according to archive photos.
