You're looking at the least-utilized railroad gateway between the United States and
Mexico: the international bridge over the Rio Grande
at Presidio, Texas. The nice weather of this May 1995
evening has attracted some of the residents of nearby Ojinaga, Mexico out onto the bridge
to do some fishing.
