BNSF's El Paso local is tied down north of BNSF's El Paso yard on October 22, 2001. To the
right, on
UP's ex-SP Sunset Route, which parallels the BNSF at this location, an eastbound
freight is about to pass the rear of a stopped intermodal train waiting to get
through El Paso. That's Interstate 10 cutting through the hillside in the background.
