SUSSEX COUNTY RAILROAD CLUB MINUTES, APRIL 2008 Meeting started at 8:05 P.M. by president, John Bazelwich. Minutes read and accepted. Important information related to members of the coming events next weekend, the participation in the Sussex County Historical Society at the College in Newton on Saturday May 3rd and the Annual Club Show at the Littell Centre on Sunday May 4th. President made clear to all that help is needed at both events and that all members are to try to help out somehow. Noel Phillips and John would be putting signs out at end of the week and members were asked to help in taking additional signs available for distribution around the town. John mentioned that the Banner was already up on Route 517. Mentioned that additional newspapers have been contacted for notices of the event hopefully, better attendance for our efforts. Set up on May 3rd at the Sussex County Community College beginning at 7:30 A.M. Module count taken for those participating (Participants and module count listed below). Also noted that key for the Littell Centre would be available for Ed Bush and others to beginning setting up the yard etc. beginning Saturday morning.
