SUSSEX RAILROAD CLUB MINUTES, NOVEMBER 24, 2007
 

Meeting started at 8:25 P.M. by president John.  Minutes read and accepted.

 

Announced that the Springfield Mass show was coming up on January 26th and those wishing to attend were to contact either John or Ed Bush.

 

President announced that fliers were available for the coming May club show.  Requested that anyone going to events take fliers and leave them for distribution.

 

Meeting for January would be held one week earlier, January 19th, Dave Rutan to present the program.

 

Donation of $185.00 given to Prince of Peace in January for use of meeting place.

 

Reported that L & HR collection, 260 boxes including ledges, records, details of bridges, accident reports to be stored temporarily at Warwick Town Hall on Kings Highway.

 

Reported that Santa train would be running on Saturday, December 8th from Mountain View to Lincoln Park.  It would be run out of Glen Rock on December 15th.

 

Meeting ended at 8:40 P.M.  No meeting scheduled for December.
