SUSSEX COUNTY RAILROAD CLUB MINUTES 
MARCH 2008

Meeting started at 8:10 P.M. by President John.
Reported that he had more responses for show but still concerned about the low attendance last year.
He mentioned the need for someone to take fliers to Dover show and that the advertisement would be in the Railpace Magazine and notices in the RMC magazine. Spoke of the need for assistance to place signs but cautioned on putting road signs up too early for fear of road departments removing them.
Introduced visitor at meeting.
Noel Phillips donated a picture of a Susquehanna RDC for raffle.
Announcement of the Black River and Western train show in Ringoes on April 12th.
Also a power point presentation by Dave Rutan on April 19th about the Sussex County Railroads. To be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran at 7 P.M.
Meeting ended for program which had very interesting DVD’s of the Railroads in the area taken from old 8 mm movies during early forties.
All were reminded of the coming train show and the need for more publicity and participation with modules.
