SVHR--Historic Photos

Also in the office portion of the Woodland SP Depot, this shot shows the southwest corner of the office.	This picture was taken after the depot had been moved to its current location. Vandels have caused significant damage and the combination of a leaking roof and lack of heating have taken their toll on the paint. While this is a poor quality image, it does illustrate what SVHR faced as the restoration began.	Knights Landing, CA Depot. Yolo County Archives, date and photographer unknown.
An interesting image of the SP 4405. This photo is dated August 29, 1930 and the location is noted as Woodland, CA. Since the GS-1s were delivered from Baldwin in 1930 and the engine is very clean, this may well be a break-in or test run. Photographer unknown.
