I actually purchased this image on eBay, but it got lost in the mail. All I have is this scan. According to Rob Sterne, this appears to have been taken at the St. Thomas barns. The car in question was listed as London & Lake Erie Railway #52, but No. 52 was a 1907 Ottawa car. This may actually be a rebuild of an earlier loco. Any insight into this piece of equipment would be appreciated. Please e-mail me with any information.
