Meeting Schedule

The Clubhouse is generally open every Monday and Thursday night
from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All members and the general public are welcome
in the Clubhouse at these times. The first Monday of every month is
held as a Business Meeting/layout work night, and the final three
to four Mondays of the month are typically used for train operation,
member's home layout visitations, and prototypical train operations
nights. Thursday nights have been recently designated as additional
running nights.

An annual open house is held in October. During this open house, trains will be running and the layout is in display condition.

A prototypical operating session is held on the club layout once
every month. Trains are operated following a schedule, and cars are
made up into trains in the switching yards, and delivered to industries.
These activities simulate the operations of a real railroad.
