GO MILTON LAYOVER TRAIN YARDING
Equipment GO Trains stopped operating from GO Milton to Guelph Junction for layover storage late 2007. The new Milton GO layover yard will have four storage tracks for eight 12-car consists opening mid-2008 (as per GO ETT 660).
Access to new GO Milton and new Layover Yard via crossover and upgraded service track. The service track connects to the north mainline track, CP Galt Sub (also at the west end, signal mileage 321-2). A modern crew and maintenance building is at the east end of site.
Arriving at GO Milton by signal indiction mileage 311-2 on CP north track; exiting GO Milton for CP mainline or layover yard by signal indiction mileage 312-1.
