The local T&S switchers now spring into action.  T&S #517, a venerable 0-8-0, begins its run down the passing siding and through crossover #23.  After throwing the turnout, the steam engine approaches the rear of your caboose.  Coupling and attaching the air hose, the engineer awaits the switchman's signal that the freight cars to be set out at Lee have been uncoupled.  When that occurs, #517,backs up with the string of cars and your caboose.

Like a well oiled machine, the Lee yard engines, working together, carry out their assigned tasks.  As soon as #517 has run the air test, it begins to back down the main with its cut of cars, numbering 9 set outs.  As soon as the freight switcher has cleared the crossover, it is thrown and the string of freight is pushed north toward the Lee Classification Yard.

Meanwhile, coach yard switcher T&S #176, an 0-6-0, has been busy picking up the new caboose assigned to TS 222North, a new steel caboose T&S #9066.

After the set outs clear #176, that switcher couples the caboose to TS 222N.
