We've had the good fortune to design
and build the structures for several layouts by the Clarke
Dunham Studios but this is the first time we've been lucky enough to
see them in their final home. These are informal photographs, made
during the installation, but they give the idea of the finished railroad.
We were particularly taken by the beautiful backdrop and the most convincing
central New England landforms. The layout depicts the Boston and
Maine in the 1950's on the secondary line between Worcester and Gardner,
Masachusetts. |
