On November 19, 2008, Amtrak moved to new facility, Gateway Transportation Center. The transportation center opens 24/7 and serves Greyhound, MetroBus and MetroLink (Light Rail). The temporary station built in 2004 is now used for Amtrak operating and mechanical crews. The temporary station built in 1978 (Amshack) was finally torn down. |
