blast furnace. Steel
manufacturing in this country is
an industry that has largely
become a footnote in American
history.

The
layout will incorporate an
operating Automatic Block System
with different types of prototype
mainline and yard signals.

harbor tug departs on another
mission. A scratch built scale
model of the "SS
Badger" makes an occasional
appearance at her slip here after
a Lake Michigan crossing.

at rest at the Olsonville car
house. This area is named after
the late Ken Olson a longtime
club member who scratchbuilt
several of the cars on display
here and started construction of
Trolleytown shortly before his
passing in 2002.
This
water tower stands as a pillar in
the central industrial park. The
crew of the local switcher job
can be assured of a busy day
working this area.
