The Valley Model Railroaders hit the road to the 2008 Scarecrow Festival which is held in St. Charles, Il. early in October. The club displays were set up in the VFW hall and a great time was had by both club members and visitors alike. 2008 was the second year in a row that the club has participated in this event.
