  1. 1997: Due to Edmonds mudslides, Mt. Baker Int'l service disrupted
  2. 1996: Trains 750, 751, 752, 753, 11, 14, 25, 26 did not operate from February 7-26, due to flooding. Trains 760, 761 did not operate February 8-13 due to mudslides, buses substituted. Buses were substituted for Seattle-Portland trains except for February 8-13, when I-5 was closed. February 27, partial service restored. February 28, regular train service restored Seattle-Portland.
