    Yestereday was a good day in The Shops.  Got 80% of the first outside braced boxcar done.  Framming, door, roof and roofwalk are all in place.  Got the castings doen for the brake gear too.  Made the ladders up during lunch today and got them nailed on.  After a few castings and some door hardware and Boxcar 307 is ready for paint.  These things go together really easy, might build more than three of them.

    The rolling stock program continues.  Boxcar 307 is in paint, just needs stenciling, and 308 is well under way!  Got an electric brad nailer that should make it even easier for construction.
