Time to start getting things ready for the railroad show in November.  Prolly the big thing I need to do is get the new legs fitted to the modules.  This shouldn;t really be all that hard.  Also still have to do the tnder stenciling on No8.  Not sure if No8 and No9 will be able to run  on the portable layoutbut I at least want to have them on display.

Hopefully I can get the last set of details done on the last boxcar this afternoon.  Then get it painted and outshopped, then onto the passenger car.  Got to get a set of trucks done tomorrow so I can begin the design process.  Bob and I have figured out a way to build carsides on the workbench then assemble the detailed sides on the car frame I think I'll go for the board and batten look on these cars like the EBT "Orbinsonia" instead of trying to do all that scribing.

Yesterday was a pretty productive day.  Got the third boxcar outshopped and painted, Just got to do their car cards and figger out where to introduce them in the operations pattern.

Got the first passenger car truck assembled and primed last night.  They look pretty good too.  The 2nd one is assembled, just need to add some brake gear to it  and its ready to be primed.  A 32' combine scales out to 29" in 7/8 scale, not sure if the current WCNG physical plant will be able to accomodate a beast like that.

Minor miscalculation on passenger car length.  The plans in "Two Feet To Tidewater" shows the length of the carbody as 32' sanns the platforms which adds another 5 feet to the carlength overall.
