    Got the frame built for the combine, and the trucks mounted to it yesterday.  Going to go ahead and lower the standard coupler height.  Thats gonna require a little fixing on No9, ut she's gonna have some work done before the RR show at the end of the month anyways.

Managed to work out a solution for making knuckle couplers work on the new passenger cars.  I worked out a talgo arrangement that lets the coupler swivel independantly of the trucks.  Did a test run with No8 with a knuckle coupler in its rear pocket.  Came out of the yard and through the S curve then around Summit Curve without problems.

    Yesterday spent most of the day designing the car sides. the coach will require 9 windows per side and the combine 6.  The combine will come first.  Plan to cut the plex subwalls over teh next couple of days.  New sawblades came in so I'll be able to cut the finer details soon
