Note: two round-trips out of each day's compliment of trains, both northbound and southbound are operated with COMET Cars. These trains are older train sets and ALL DOORS do NOT OPEN as doors must be manually operated and trapdoors must be opened to expose the stairwell for boarding, for this reason, passengers boarding at this station on the affected trains MUST FIND A DOOR which is STAFFED by a UNIFORMED CONDUCTOR.

 

Those passengers traveling to Sacramento or Lodi utilizing trains 701 and 703 must take an Amtrak Thruway Bus to reach the ACE station for boarding of these trains. Boarding is in the Weber Street Crossing, so an extremely limited number of boarding doors will be available at one end of the train or the other. This also applies to southbound passengers traveling to stops between Modesto and Bakersfield.
