May 2003 Update

All efforts now are on replacing all the side panels on the right side. On Saturday May 17th, the first of the new channel steel (used to hold the side panels in place) was welded in. All exposed carbody framework was repainted. The last of the mid panels (the ones with the port-holes and louvers) was repaired and repainted. By the end of this month we should have all of the new side panels in place.

	With the side panels removed, you get a rather nice view of the prime mover.

	All of the framework has been repainted.

	Similar view as above. Notice that most of the channel iron that held the side panels has been removed. It will be replaced with new iron.
