The Society hosts regular membership meetings and programs at the Vestal Public Library, 320 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850. Meetings are generally held in the Lecture Room at that facility, on the evenings of the second Thursday of each month, September through June. Doors open at 7 pm and the program starts about 8 pm. Bad weather may cause the Vestal Library to be closed on a meeting night. When marginal road conditions are forecast or exist, please contact the library at 607-754-4243 before venturing out. 2013 UPCOMING CHAPTER MEETINGS
The SVRHS is always looking for volunteers to put on a program at one of our meetings. Programs can be anything railroad related using, for example, slides, narration, speaker informational, speaker educational, or video. The Chapter has available several media devices for use in presenting programs. Please contact us if you or someone you know would like to present a program.
