On these pages I thought about collecting some historical notes I see around the web in places like railroad newsgroups,etc. Yes..copyright lies with the poster and perhaps to the newsgroup owner but where o where does one draw the line as to education ?? We can't gleam exerpts from anywhere? Not our public libraries ?
