Built as an Amcafe with 51 coach seats on either side of the snack bar in July 1975 and numbered 20001. Converted to an Amdinette with 8 four-place booths, snack bar and 23 coach seats in July 2001 and renumbered 20251. Trainline-equipped for push-pull operation and converted to a full dinette in May 2004 and renumbered 43373. With its "Northeast Regional" branding, this car can also be found on the Northeast Corridor as well as on Empire Service trains, and rarely on long-distance trains as well.
