Built by Budd as a 44 seat coach for Southern Pacific Lines in 1954 and numbered 2376. Conveyed to Amtrak in 1971 and numbered 4439. Converted to Head-End Power from Steam Heat in December 1980 and renumbered 4006. Converted to a baggage car in December 1996 and renumbered 1724.
