Built by Budd as a 44 seat coach for the Union Pacific Railroad in 1961 and numbered 5522. Conveyed to Amtrak in 1971 and numbered 4454. Converted to Head-End Power from Steam Heat in July 1980 and renumbered 4628. Converted to a baggage car in June 1996 and renumbered 1729.
