This switching locomotive was built in 1929, 1 of 70+ built for GTW in the 1920's. Most were scraped by 1960, but 19 were sold to Northwestern Steel and Wire as scrap, but were in fact put to work until the early 1980's. This and several others sat derelict in Galt, IL, until 2006 when it was purchased and moved to NE. It retains it's derelict look in this 5/04/18 photo!
