The Eastern Washington Gateway Railroad (EWG) began operation on WADOT owned trackage in June 2007. They run from Cheney to Coulee City, WA.  The line was formerly operated by the Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC). EWG is owned by US Rail Partners Ltd.  They lease this and 2 other locomotives.
