"This is the Galena, Illinois wigwag at Water St. (Main St.) The same angle isn't possible today as there is another crossbuck now blocking the shot. I believe I was standing on part of a temporary bridge to get the picture. The temporary bridge was placed due to a derailment that occurred a couple of years earlier. That derailment wiped out a pretty neat bascule bridge and nearly got the wigwg too."
