The Flamingo is an all reserved train and reservations are necessary. All fares include rail fare , dining charge, taxes and gratuity. There are discounts available for members of the Kentucky Indiana rail Advocates, Kentucky Railway Museum, Louisville and Nashville Historical Society, L&N retires and spouses, Members of the L&N Credit Union and Dixie Credit Union, Tennessee Association of Railroad Passengers, active employees of CSX Transportation, National Association of Railroad Passengers Members, and Amtrak Pass Holders.
