Western Maryland Railway's (WM's) route to the port of Baltimore has been
remade into CSX's Hanover Subdivision. This page depicts CSX's mileposts
between Baltimore and Owings Mills.
I believe these mileposts match those that WM had used. The 0 milepost would have been at the western yard limit of WM's Port Covington facilities.
