Amtrak Northeast Corridor Bristol, Croydon, Eddington, Holmesburg Junction and Torresdale

I almost forgot my other favorite local, Conrail Shared Asset Operation's FJ10. CSAO still uses the old Conrail train designations, so the full name is WPFJ10: (W = local work job, P = Philadelphia Division, FJ = Frankford Junction (origination), 10 = 10 (as opposed to FJ3 or FJ4). FJ10 plies the rails of Amtrak's Northeast Corridor between Frankford Junction in Philadelphia and Bristol PA, working the industries that remain along the former PRR NY to Washington line. Previous pages with FJ10 here, here, here, here, here and here .

FJ10 returning from Grundy Interlocking in Bristol, where it ran around its train so that the engine would lead railroad west (geographic south). Bristol Station September 10 2004

FJ10 heading east (geographic north) through Croydon Station after leaving the Eddington Siding, doing slightly less than the speed limit. October 22 2004
FJ10 at Eddington Station November 15 2004
On this day, FJ10 reversed at Holmesburg Junction onto the Bustleton Branch before working the industries on the NEC just west of Holmesburg Junction. November 15 2004
FJ10 heading home at Torresdale Station March 7 2005
