This section will need to move out of the way to allow access to the center of the layout.

Greg Berndtson - Greg wanted to have a removable section to his layout to allow easy access to the center of the layout. The obvious solution was to make a lift-out section, but Greg didn't want to have the hassle of finding a place to store the lift-out. His solution is unique - he built a drop-down section that swings up under the layout.
