- Outer main line with
12' passing siding. There are two cross-over switches that will allow transferring a
train from and to the inner loop. The short siding on the lower right will be
for future expansion to adjacent sections for our scale members. - Inner main line and staging
sidings. The tracks adjacent to the inner operator opening will be inside of the
backdrops for pre-staging trains. One track will be the inbound siding to
receive a train from the inner loop, the other track will be outgoing, to run a
new train onto the inner track. - Accessory and display track
- will disappear into tunnels on either end giving the impression of being
longer. All the action accessories will be lined up on this track.
Upper Level (Dashed color)
- Continuous loop for
running a passenger train through the city station (on left end) and the
mountains (on the right end). - Point-to-point track
w/passing siding. The track will be controlled by a Dallee electronic
auto-reversing with pause controller and will normally run a switcher and a car
or two in continuous back-n-forth running. We will also have a DCC controller
for the times when we want to run command control.
