JW Mackay will leave on the steamer Queen tomorrow morning for
	Alaska.  Mr Mackay will be accompanied by CR Hosmer, General Manager
	of the Canadian Pacific Railway Telegraph Company.  It is believed
	their visit north has something to do with the early construction of 
	a telegraph circuit from Vancouver, British Columbia to Alaska's
	interior.
