The Canadian Domionion Government, after several conferences
	with the telegraphers' organization and Government representatives,
	have decided to readdress the grievances of the telegraphers
	employed on the government controlled Intercolonial Railway. The
	men will now receive a fifteen day holiday annually, with pay. The
	Telegraphers' Union have agreed to reoganization by the ICR.
