The Berkshire Flyer is a pilot seasonal Amtrak passenger train service during the summer between New York City and Pittsfield, MA. The weekly train departs NY Penn Station on Fridays and returns on Sundays (Mondays on holiday weekends).

On Fridays the northbound train 1235 is operated from NY Penn Station to Pittsfield and the train returns to Albany as the train 1234. On Sundays (Mondays on holiday weekends) the train 1245 is operated from Albany to Pittsfield and the southbound train 1244 returns to NY Penn Station.
