Dave and Sandy take the "walk around" table layout to the smaller shows allowing kids to view. The table is just the right height for children and it attracts a very large crowd of kids of all ages. Designed for easy set-up and tear down, this module has three train operation with a siding. The rails are S-Trax from S Helper Service with the roadbed built in. Beside the main layout is an additional siding with some American flyer accessories that kid of all ages enjoy the action as well as Ron likes showing. The miniature 0-4-0 loco to service the siding was created by Ron from a slightly longer Casey Jones Loco. This conversion works very well on the short track he needs to pickup logs, deliver them to the sawmill and pick up lumber and barrels for delivery somewhere.
There is a lot going on around this Hi-rail layout the club uses for entertainment as well as promotion of the club. Badgerland has one of the best informational booths at any show with videos of most of AC Gilberts accessories in action. Take the time and find out what S-Scale is all about. You won't be disappointed.
Stop and say hi at the next show. Dave, Sandy, and Ron are usually there!
