The society is currently building an OO gauge model railway in Whitehaven.

The layout was last exhibited at the Workington Model Railway Exhibition on Saturday 22 November 2003
when this picture was taken.

The layout trackplan is a folded dogbone (figure 8) style and uses PECO Code 100 rail throughout.

Some stock is owned by the society but members are welcome to bring along their own on scheduled operating nights.

The station area is being remodelled to accommodate a new harbour scene

The motive power depot adds considerably to the operating potential of this great club layout.
