The USS Houston SSN #713 Submarine Car is a Lionel O gauge flat car with diecast couplers and sprung trucks. The Lone Star paint scheme as been redesigned to fit the operating submarine, and features the striking red, white and blue design, Republic of Texas flag, HTOS logo, USS Houston logo, and No. 8902 reporting mark.

Production was limited to 150 cars.
