MOW GP40 no. 9710 and two other CSXT engines (ahead of this unit) is
setting with a freight train in tow at the Parkersburg "Low
Track Analyzer (?) moves through Alliance, Ohio during the spring.
One of our weakest areas is MOW equipment. So if anyone knows
