Welcome to the CIOR "Central Indiana & Ohio Railroad", a proto-freelance road that models former PRR track. The CIOR uses the former PRR double track mainline from Indianapolis to Richmond, Indiana. The CIOR is based on the failure of the Penn Central and the downfall of the major carriers during the 1970's and early 1980's. We hope you enjoy your visit to the proto-freelance CIOR's Dunreith District!
