From editorial:
The Operation Fenkil, which snatched away this port city from the darkness of subjugation and heralded Eritrea's independence, is now celebrating its 10th anniversary. In line with this, the efforts made regarding Massawa to give it a fresh opportunity has been very successful. And hence, Massawa has come out of its hiding with its new name of 'Pearl of the Red Sea'.
The booklet contained a short article about the railway.
