I stumbled upon a video which seems to be a part of a series called "What's new this week". It covers a variety of topics. I'll have to see is there are more. One part of it shows what happened to the author's indoor layout after a major rain storm and the effect on his garden railroad after a hail storm.

You enter thru a mockup of a pullman car which opens into the layout room. He has an F what in his basement next to the layout? Note the lighting change in the layout room at the end of the video. Wow!
