Hamilton Transit History

White 798 (CCL #901-949 (odd))

Canada Coach Lines had two batches of White 798 buses. CCL #901-939 (odd numbers only) arrived in Nov 1944, with #941-949 (odd numbers only) arriving in 1945. CCL #901-939 (odd numbers only) were transfered over to the HSR shortly after being purchased. They operated under their original numbers for a short while before being renumbered to HSR #209-228, and then being renumbered again to HSR #259-278 in 1950.

Some of the dates for these photos are unknown, and the locations are often just a guess. If you know either date or location, email me!
