Buildings

Some buildings are yet to be made for the BTR. Below are photos of each station and some other modellers efforts that I like. All BTR building are scratchbuilt from wood, plastic and metal.

Here are some other modelers efforts that have influenced the BTR look.


Luddenham station on Turrella Tramway. - - - - - - - The "look" Geof likes.


Lilyvale station on Sandstone & Termite Railway - - - Melaleuca station.


This is typical of the standard of scratch building that Geof aspires to.
Geof fabricates similar structures for the BTR.


Buildings are made over a plywood core, Stations are Qld Rwys style.


Here are some real Queensland Railways structures embodied in the BTR look.


Most buildings are Queensland weatherboard style.


Queensland Railways buildings colour and simplicity appeals to Geof.


The modelling materails are readily available to replicate these buildings.


The station at Stanthorp in Qld.is attractive.


The look of NSWGR A5 type station buildings is also of interest for the BTR.
